All software programs include a comprehensive user Manual with the program disk(s). All standard software programs include our free lifetime worldwide user support service by e-mail, mail, telephone and fax. Hardware (computers and accessories) are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase.

Prices for delivery to Non-EU countries do not include tax or delivery. Please choose your required delivery method from the list shown below and add the cost to your order.

- PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: We accept VISA , MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, SWITCH and EUROCARD payments - please use our Online Shop which has secure and encrypted credit card facilities , secure e-mail or phone or fax your details as follows: Cardholder's Name.Cardholder's Billing Address (where the bills for the card are sent to; usually your home address).Card Number .Expiry Date of card.
- PAYMENT IN CASH: You can also pay by cash in your local currency by Western Union electronic transfer (Western Union has offices worldwide).
- PAYMENT IN EUROS: We are happy to accept payment in Euros. Due to the current fluctuations in the exchange rate we do not list prices in Euros as it is usually cheaper for customers to pay the equivalent price in GBP (British Pounds). Please contact us for our IBAN code if you would like to pay electronically through your Bank.
- PAYMENT BY CHEQUE: You can also pay by Cheque or Bank Draft in GBP (British Pounds). Made payable to Dolphin Maritime Software Ltd.
