All orders placed are subject to stock being available; if any item is out of stock, it will be sent as soon as possible. If there is likely to be a long delay, we will endeavour to contact you to advise of this. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to advise of alternatives and give you the opportunity to cancel the original order. All orders from the web can be cancelled provided we have not already shipped the goods to you. We will not take any payment on your credit card until the order is ready for dispatch.
Any claims for damage, faults and mis-shipped items must be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
The privacy and confidentiality of your personal information is important to us. Therefore it is our policy not to disclose or sell this information regarding your orders and products you purchase to any outside organisation.

If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery documents, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing, and gift wrapping). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of a contract for purchase, together with the returned goods , then we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item within 30 days of receiving your notice.
